About US

Building bridges of love, service, and compassion within the Samoan community.

Our Story

Our story begins with Via, our little sister, who was born with disabilities and lived for 12 meaningful years. Though her time with us was short, her life was filled with joy, compassion, and a deep love for others that reflected the love of Christ.

Founded by Via’s sisters, the Via Alofa Foundation was created to honor her memory and carry forward the legacy of love she left behind. Through compassion, service, and alofa, we seek to share that same spirit with our people.

Today, Via Alofa Foundation serves Samoan communities across the Pacific and beyond, offering programs that strengthen cultural identity, promote health and wellness, develop young leaders, and provide immigration support. In all that we do, we strive to honor the past, support the present, and build a brighter future—just as Via would have wanted.
